Q: "What is an e-gift card?"
An e-gift card is an electronic gift card. It can be purchased from and redeemed online at www.legtreats.com
Q: "Can I change the value of my e-gift card purchase or cancel the transaction?"
We're sorry but all gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, then a new transaction will be required.
Q: “How will the recipient know that I sent them an e-gift card?
The recipient will receive an email indicating that an e-gift card has been sent to them.
Q: “I recently purchased and sent an e-gift card but it has not arrived. What should I do?"
Occasionally e-gift cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their gift card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient.If the recipient cannot locate the email, please contact customer service to have your card emailed again.
Q: “Where can I use my e-gift card?”
You may use your gift card online by entering the code during the checkout process.
Q: “What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?”
LegTreats cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you have proof of purchase, contact customer care for assistance. If we find that your gift card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can issue you a new e-gift card for that value.
