  • All orders shipping to addresses in the lower 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s, and U.S. Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands, that receive USPS Postal Service qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
  • Free Shipping is not available to addresses that do not pass address verification from USPS.
  • Shipping upgrade options are available during checkout at an additional cost from USPS, UPS, & FEDEX. Rates are calculated based on chosen method and carrier rates.
  • Shipping changes including intercepts and address changes, will be subject to a $15 Service fee per shipment.
  • Qualifying orders must select Free Shipping at checkout to receive Free Shipping.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders received Monday through Friday before 12 PM PST are shipped same day.

  • FREE SHIPPING delivery estimate: 3-7 business days after shipment
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING delivery estimate: 2-4 business days after shipment
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING delivery estimate: 2 business days after shipment
  • SECOND DAY SHIPPING delivery: 2 business day after shipment
  • OVERNIGHT SHIPPING delivery: 1 business day after shipment

International Shipping

  • *Free Shipping is not available to International shipping addresses.
  • International shipping is not available to all countries. If you do not see the option at checkout, we unfortunately do not currently ship to your country.
  • International Shipping rates are calculated by carrier, method, weight and location. Additional international charges or fees may apply.
  • Customs Duties and Import Taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped with online tracking and delivery confirmation.

Most orders will be left in your mailbox or at your door and do not require a signature. At LegTreats discretion, some shipments are sent with Signature Required service. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact LegTreats Customer Service before placing your order.

Shipment or items not received.

  • Double check your shipping address details, the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • If your order was delivered but you’re missing an item, contact LegTreats Customer Service immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
  • If tracking shows the shipment has not been delivered, contact LegTreats Customer Service immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
  • If tracking shows the shipment has been delivered, please contact the carrier immediately (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) to open a claim.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please save all shipping containers/packaging, and take pictures if possible. Contact LegTreats Customer Service immediately.
