If your order arrives and it is not right, we will fix it, NO HASSLE, we promise.
In fact, you can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund to your original payment method. We will even pay the return shipping!
- Due to the intimate nature of hosiery, returns are not accepted on opened/worn items.
- Returns must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, include the original box and/or packaging, and have undamaged tamper seals.

Need to make an exchange?
- Sure, no problem! Simply process a return through the LegTreats RETURN PORTAL. Then place a new order for the exchange merchandise. This will secure the replacement inventory and you’ll get your items faster by not waiting for the return to be delivered and processed.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund for the original order will be processed according to the terms of our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy
Due to the delicate and intimate nature of our products we do not accept returns on opened or worn items.
No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be granted on opened or worn items.
After your return is received, LegTreats will inspect the returned items. Items returned in new, unused, unaltered and resalable condition AND with undamaged tamper seals will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the returned item(s) in the original transaction.
- No refunds will be issued on opened/worn items or items with damaged tamper seals.
- No refunds will be issued on shipping charges and fees.
- Credits are issued to the original payment method within 72 hours of receipt and inspection. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days to post to your account.

- Do not attempt to return opened or worn items.
- Do not order multiple sizes or colors of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order.
- Please contact LegTreats Customer Service if you are unsure of sizing on any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
Order Cancellation / Modifications
- If you change your mind, contact LegTreats Customer Service quickly! We process orders extremely fast!
- Once an order has a status of "Order Processed” or “Shipped", it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
Delivery Policy
All orders are shipped with online tracking and delivery confirmation.
Most orders will be left in your mailbox or at your door and do not require a signature. At LegTreats discretion, some shipments are sent with Signature Required service. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact LegTreats Customer Service before placing your order.
Shipment or items not received.
- Double check your shipping address details, the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- If your order was delivered but you’re missing an item, contact LegTreats Customer Service immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
- If tracking shows the shipment has not been delivered, contact LegTreats Customer Service immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
- If tracking shows the shipment has been delivered, please contact the carrier immediately (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) to open a claim.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives visibly damaged, please save all shipping containers/packaging, and take pictures if possible. Contact LegTreats Customer Service immediately.
